Andrew was appointed Managing Director of Rightscom in April 2005. Andrew has an extensive background in strategic and business planning and the commercialisation and implementation of emerging technologies. In 1998 he founded Magex, a ground-breaking provider of on-line banking, payment and copyright protection services for digital content that attracted the largest ever first-round funding for a European internet venture. Prior to Magex Andrew worked for NatWest Bank plc and has significant expertise in UK and international payment systems, working on major industry and joint venture projects for the implementation of smart card and e-commerce initiatives. |
